The Vedra Model 8 FC is a high-spec cutaway electro-classical guitar with a solid European spruce top, solid rosewood back and sides and onboard Fishman electronics.

Its solid European spruce top is paired with solid Indian rosewood back and sides, traditional fan bracing and a gloss finish. The GK-style cutaway body has a 90–95 mm depth for a slightly slimmer profile and easier upper-fret access.

An African mahogany U-shaped neck is paired with a flat ebony fingerboard, a 52 mm nut width and full 650 mm scale length. The Spanish heel joint, rosewood bridge, bone nut and saddle and gold-plated tuners complete the construction.

Built-in Fishman PSY-301 electronics provide amplification. The Model 8 FC ships with a hardshell foam case and Augustine nylon strings made in the USA.
